Benefits of Membership

CMC allows you to book for an entire year, regular floral, jewelry, and other sites usually only allow up to 60 days in advance.

Some popular floral, jewelry, etc., sites are now adding reminders to keep up...but they are limited to their selections.  CMC has a WIDE variety of gifts and will go outside of our site to fulfill your needs, then put it all in one calendar for you to check at will to stay organized. We are not a florist, we are not a jeweler, we are not a unique gift site.  We are your personal assistant. We get all these things for you and put them into one convenient location.  We make sure your remember the date and the gift is sent.

Our Personal Assistants are here to help not only with the site and choosing the right gift for your special someone, but they can advise on ways to make your gift giving much more romantic and when to thrown in a "just because" gift to shock and amaze her.

Need say your sorry with emergency next day items?  We'll help you get it done, fast. Going on a trip and what her taken care of as if you were still there?  We have your back.

CMC will customize and bundle gifts and ideas in a fashion you will not find anywhere else with any other site.  Like the idea of monthly gifts, but don't always want just flowers? How about mixing bi-monthly flowers and emails? We'll customize your service for you.

Monthly Services

Flowers of the Month, Basket of the Month, etc. are a rolling orders you can confirm before each purchase.  Each month a semi-random date will be selected for the delivery and you will receive your reminder several days before delivery.

When your reminder is sent, you can choose to cancel completely or skip that month as well as set a specific message for the card.  This reminder email will have a "Purchase Now" link so that you can make the purchase and we can confirm the order.  If you do not confirm the purchase, CallMeCasanova.com will not set up the delivery for that month, but will also not cancel your account and will retry the following month.  Several missed months of no reply may result in cancellation of Flowers of the Month.  Current prices will be represented in the reminder email.

Holidays such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, etc. are avoided intentionally due to the large volume we and our suppliers see during these times.  To send flowers and other gifts specifically for these dates, please use a "Special Occasion" order.  As always with Flowers of the Month, if you wish to suspend that month's flowers during a holiday month, you can do so when you receive the email reminder and we will skip that month and begin again the following month, otherwise your order will be sent as scheduled.

Special Occasion / Just Because

Choose items from the "Gifts" pages or "Flowers" pages and when your confirmation email is sent to you, you will be able to choose delivery dates, shipping addresses, customize messages.  When you are choosing items, there are 2 options, Pay Now and Pay Later.  Pay later will add only the service fee to the invoice , and before each item is delivered you will receive a reminder email that if you require, you can postpone the delivery date or change the message, cancel the order or select the Purchase Now button to complete the order and have the item shipped.  Prices may fluctuate between order time and purchase time, any price change would be apparent in the reminder email.  Services fees are not refundable.

Payment can also be made at the time of the order if you desire by clicking the Pay Now option when shopping on the site.  This locks your purchasing price so you are not affected by price fluctuations.  If you plan well, all your gifts for the entire year could be shopped for, paid for and scheduled with reminders and automatically sent on time for the occasion.  Certain services, such as the Romantic Emails, may only have the Purchase Now option.

Orders for popular holidays such as Valentine's Day, will be confirmed up to 3 weeks before delivery.  New orders should be placed at least 3 weeks before any desired delivery date.

Free Date Night

Register your name and email in the date night form to win a free Date-Night Package that includes a $25 American Express gift certificate, floral delivery of 6 red roses, and White Gold Hoop Earrings.  No purchase necessary.  One submitted email will be selected quarterly at the end of March, June, September, & December, and the recipient will be contacted to schedule the delivery from anytime after 4 weeks of the notification up to 12 months later.  An email may only be submitted once per quarter, duplicates will be discarded or possibly cause the removal of the entry all together.  The name and email addresses collected through this submission are never given away or sold under any circumstance under the control of Callmecasanova.  Selected recipients will be notified via email, failure to respond to the notification within 30 days of the notification will result in the cancellation of that giveaway for that quarter.  Callmecasanova is not responsible for emails missed due to content blockers, so please have callmecasanova.com added to any whitelists required for delivery.

Packaging & Vendors

Only well-known, recognized vendors are used to ensure quality.  This may result in variations in delivery wrapping and packaging when different vendors are utilized for different occasions.  All vendors will use industry standard packaging to ensure freshness.

Guarantee

Our guarantee policy depends on the order type.  For Gifts, contact us and we will work with you to either replace the item or refund the cost of the gift after returning the item.  For floral deliveries we will work to replace the order or refund the cost of the flowers.

Cost Changes

Due to the fluctuating markets of many of our vendors, CMC reserves the right to change item prices at any time including on confirmed and/or prepaid items and orders.  As we offer unlimited reservations of the order dates, the cost of certain items may increase beyond that set during the original order.  For prepaid items, CMC will most often order the items into stock at the time and price of the order placement to ensure the order and price.  When any item cannot be purchased at the cost of the original order, CMC will notify the order originator and work with them to:

A. Collect the new amount or difference and send the order as scheduled

B. Select a new item within the same cost boundaries and collect/refund any difference

C. Refund any prepaid money toward the cost of the item/s and cancel the order

Delivery Times

Unfortunately there are too many factures involved for CallMeCasanova.com to be able to set a time for deliveries.  Normal deliveries follow normal business hours and possibly until 8pm for residential deliveries.
